Pace University issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.
Four Haub Law faculty members and eight alumni were among those tapped by Westchester County District Attorney-elect Mimi Rocah for her transition team as she prepares to assume office.
Of the Haub Law faculty, Rocah has tapped David Dorfman for her Defense Counsel Advisory committee, Carol Barry and Lou Fasulo for her Office Training and Ethics committee, and Cindy Kanusher of the Pace Women’s Justice Center for her Victims Support and Advocacy committee.
The eight Haub Law alumni who were also tapped are:
Mayo Bartlett, Civil rights and criminal defense attorney -- Chair of the Defense Counsel Advisory committee
Elizabeth Cronin, Director of the New York State Office of Victims Services -- Restorative Justice, Alternatives to Incarceration, Diversion, Re-entry, Mental Health, Addiction and Youth committee; and Chair of the Victim Support and Advocacy committee.
Lisa Denig, NYS Office of Court Administration, Former Acting Executive ADA -- Diversity, Inclusion and Hiring; and Office Training and Ethics committees.
Jeffrey Deskovic, founder of the Jeffrey Deskovic Foundation and exoneree -- Conviction Integrity committee.
Nicole E. Feit, Sr. Staff Attorney, Hudson Valley Legal Services -- Victim Support and Advocacy committee.
Barbara Lerman, attorney -- Chair of the Diversity, Inclusion and Hiring committee.
Chris McNerney, President of the Westchester Police Chiefs’ Association; Chief of the Greenburgh Police Department -- Law Enforcement Relations & Coordination committee.

Before running for office, Rocah served as Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York for 16 1/2 years, and was Haub Law's Distinguished Fellow in Criminal Justice, and a Legal Analyst for MSNBC and NBC News. She becomes Westchester County District Attorney on Jan. 1, 2021.
