As the holiday season unfolds, County Executive George Latimer has issued a statement highlighting the significance of Giving Tuesday in Westchester County. Latimer emphasizes the importance of supporting local organizations that provide essential services to residents in need.

Latimer states, "As we embrace the joy of the holiday season, Giving Tuesday reminds us to extend that joy to those in need within Westchester County. Many of our neighbors depend on the dedication of local organizations that provide critical services that make a difference in their quality of life."

He encourages community members to contribute to these organizations, stating, "By supporting these organizations, we help uplift others and strengthen the bonds that unite us as a community. This Giving Tuesday, let’s commit to making Westchester an even better place to live by supporting those working to improve the lives of our neighbors."
