County Executive George Latimer shared a message with Westchester County residents on Christmas Day. He emphasized the importance of community and the spirit of the holiday season.

"Across Westchester County, families and friends gather to share in the joy of the season, embracing traditions of giving, gratitude and love," Latimer stated. He noted that Christmas provides an opportunity for communities to come together, offer kindness to neighbors, and support those who may be facing difficulties.

Latimer encouraged residents to find inspiration in the generosity and love that characterize Christmas. "In this season of light, let us take inspiration from the spirit of generosity and love that Christmas embodies," he added.

He concluded his message with a personal wish for all: "From my family to yours, I wish you a Merry Christmas. May this season bring warmth to your homes, peace to your hearts and hope for a future filled with endless possibilities."
