Due to ongoing construction by Con Edison, traffic on East Third Street between Pease Street and Chestnut Place will be affected. Only one lane for southbound traffic will remain open during the construction period. Flaggers will assist in directing vehicles, and parking in the area will be limited.

The construction work is scheduled from 8 AM to 5 PM daily, with an expected completion date of November 30th. Travelers are advised to plan their routes accordingly to avoid delays.
