Westchester County Executive George Latimer has extended an invitation to the public for two upcoming events commemorating the September 11 attacks. An interfaith prayer vigil will be held on Tuesday, September 10 at 5 p.m. at Kensico Dam in Valhalla, specifically at The Rising and the 9/11 First Responders Memorial.

The following day, a memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, September 11 at 3 p.m., also at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla.
