Westchester to name archives center after former executive Andrew J. Spano

Westchester County Executive George Latimer plans to honor former County Executive Andrew J. Spano by introducing legislation to rename the Westchester County Archives and Records Center. The facility will be dedicated as the Andrew J. Spano County Archives and Records Center, acknowledging Spano's contributions during his tenure as the county's seventh executive.

The dedication ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, October 29, at 2 p.m. It will take place at the Westchester County Archives and Records Center located at 2199 Saw Mill River Road in Elmsford, New York.

Those wishing to attend are requested to RSVP by Tuesday, October 22.
