The City of Mount Vernon is inviting residents to participate in discussions aimed at shaping the city's future as part of the Comprehensive Plan process. Two sessions have been scheduled for community engagement.
The first session will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the STEAM Academy located at 350 Gramatan Ave, Mount Vernon, NY 10552. The second session is planned for Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cecil H. Parker School, situated at 461 S 6th Ave, Mount Vernon, NY 10550.
Residents are encouraged to share their priorities and goals while addressing neighborhood needs. The aim is to collaboratively build a vision for the next decade.
