The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Jamaal Bowman, Bowman for Congress, refunded $500 to Rosalind Spivack on July 25, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Bowman for Congress has refunded $23,150 total since Feb. 1.
