Of the 759 people living in Tuckahoe in 2019, 54.7 percent (415) were women and 45.3 percent (344) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Westchester Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 196-to-147. In the 65 and over age range, there were 136 females and 123 males.
