Westchester County Executive Kenneth W. Jenkins and New York State Senator Shelley Mayer are inviting the public to a flag-raising ceremony in honor of Haitian Heritage Month. The event is scheduled for Friday, May 16, at 3 p.m. It will take place at the Michaelian Office Building located at 148 Martine Avenue in White Plains, New York.

The ceremony aims to celebrate and recognize the contributions of the Haitian community.

“Join us as we raise the Haitian Flag,” they stated, highlighting the significance of this occasion.
