The Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services (DSPS) and Westchester Parks, Recreation and Conservation are organizing a Senior Dance Party on August 20. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Glen Island Park in New Rochelle.

Commissioner of DSPS Mae Carpenter stated, “We’re excited for this year’s Senior Dance Party — it’s all about creating joyful moments and meaningful connections for our seniors. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the summer season, and I can’t wait to see everyone dancing and having a great time together.”

The event will feature a live DJ, dance lessons, and a complimentary lunch. While attendance is free, reservations are necessary. Complimentary parking will be available at Glen Island Park.

Reservations can be made by calling Events To Remember at (914) 218-3968 or visiting the provided website by August 6.
