On Tuesday, April 8, former Iona Prep High School standout Vito Giordano’s current college team, the Coast Guard Bears, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Wheaton Lyons.

The game took place at James V. Sidell Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lyons this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 10 at 6:05 p.m. at Dunkin’ Donuts Park against Hartford Hawks.
