On Sunday, April 6, former John Jay High School standout Nick Fassert’s current college team, the Amherst Mammoths, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Tufts Jumbos.

The game took place at Memorial Field. This was their third matchup against the Jumbos this season.

The Mammoths’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 3:30 p.m. at Bud and Jim Hagan Field against Westfield State Owls.
