Of the 7,695 people living in Briarcliff Manor in 2020, 50.9 percent (3,919) were women and 49.1 percent (3,776) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Westchester Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 236. In the 65 and over age range, there were 893 females and 754 males.
