Of the 6,957 people living in Pelham in 2020, 48.8 percent (3,393) were women and 51.2 percent (3,564) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Westchester Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 171. In the 65 and over age range, there were 480 females and 385 males.
