Home prices increased in Mount Pleasant during the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mount Pleasant rose by $232,500 while total sales decreased by 91.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $832,500 - a 38.8% increase over the $600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the fourth quarter of 2017.
