What happened to the median home price in North Salem during the fourth quarter of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in North Salem rose by $258,100 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $721,500 - a 55.7% increase over the $463,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North Salem in the fourth quarter of 2017.
