The fourth quarter of 2018: Home prices in White Plains increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in White Plains rose by $14,750 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $634,750 - a 2.4% increase over the $620,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in White Plains in the fourth quarter of 2017.
