Rye Brook home prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Rye Brook fell by $92,500 while total sales decreased by 91.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $585,000 - a 13.7% decrease over the $677,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Rye Brook in the fourth quarter of 2017.
