How did home prices perform in Pound Ridge during the fourth quarter of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Pound Ridge fell by $142,500 while total sales increased by 750%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 19.7% decrease over the $722,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pound Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2017.
