Pleasantville median home prices rose by 2.6% in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Pleasantville rose by $13,375 while total sales decreased by 84.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $536,375 - a 2.6% increase over the $523,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pleasantville in the fourth quarter of 2017.
