What happened to the median home price in Yorktown during the fourth quarter of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Yorktown rose by $54,000 while total sales increased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $391,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Yorktown in the fourth quarter of 2017.
