Pricing for the median home in Cortlandt increased during the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Cortlandt rose by $25,100 while total sales decreased by 96.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 6% increase over the $414,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Cortlandt in the fourth quarter of 2017.
