The fourth quarter of 2018: Home prices in Pelham (Westchester County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Pelham in Westchester County fell by $321,000 while total sales decreased by 86.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 45.1% decrease over the $711,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Pelham in the fourth quarter of 2017.
