Harrison (Westchester County) home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Harrison in Westchester County rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Harrison in the fourth quarter of 2017.
