How did home prices perform in Peekskill during the fourth quarter of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Peekskill rose by $60,850 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,250 - a 21.2% increase over the $287,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Peekskill in the fourth quarter of 2017.
