White Plains home prices fell in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in White Plains fell by $48,000 while total sales increased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $630,000 - a 7.1% decrease over the $678,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in White Plains in December 2017.
