How did home prices perform in Rye during the second half of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Rye rose by $368,000 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,650,000 - a 28.7% increase over the $1,282,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Rye in the second half of 2017.
