Home prices increased in Port Chester during the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Port Chester rose by $510,000 while total sales decreased by 98.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $985,000 - a 107.4% increase over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Port Chester in the second half of 2017.
