The second half of 2018: Mount Pleasant experienced a 35.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Mount Pleasant rose by $219,780 while total sales decreased by 94.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $832,500 - a 35.9% increase over the $612,720 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the second half of 2017.
