The second half of 2018: Home prices in Pleasantville increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Pleasantville rose by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 91.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 22.8% increase over the $570,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Pleasantville in the second half of 2017.
