White Plains home prices rose in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in White Plains rose by $12,250 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 175 homes sold, with a median sale price of $651,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $638,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in White Plains in the second half of 2017.
