Rye Brook median home prices fell by 27.9% in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Rye Brook fell by $211,500 while total sales decreased by 92.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $546,000 - a 27.9% decrease over the $757,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Rye Brook in the second half of 2017.
