Median home prices in Yonkers rose to $492,500 in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Yonkers rose by $31,874 while total sales increased by 129.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 667 homes sold, with a median sale price of $492,500 - a 6.9% increase over the $460,626 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 291 homes sold in Yonkers in the second half of 2017.
