Home prices increased in Somers during the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Somers rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 34.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 195 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 7% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Somers in the second half of 2017.
