What happened to the median home price in Yorktown during the second half of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Yorktown rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 219 homes sold, with a median sale price of $449,500 - a 5.8% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 192 homes sold in Yorktown in the second half of 2017.
