Tarrytown home prices fell in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Tarrytown fell by $88,250 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 18.6% decrease over the $473,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Tarrytown in the second half of 2017.
