How did home prices perform in Harrison (Westchester County) during the second half of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Harrison in Westchester County fell by $302,000 while total sales decreased by 75.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 44.6% decrease over the $677,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Harrison in the second half of 2017.
