Pelham (Westchester County) median home prices fell by 60.8% in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Pelham in Westchester County fell by $535,000 while total sales decreased by 92.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 60.8% decrease over the $880,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Pelham in the second half of 2017.
