Median home prices in Peekskill rose to $337,500 in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Peekskill rose by $62,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 130 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 22.7% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Peekskill in the second half of 2017, as well.
