May 2021: Home prices in Pound Ridge increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Pound Ridge rose by $172,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,022,500 - a 20.3% increase over the $850,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Pound Ridge in May 2020.
