Median home prices in Yonkers fell to $560,000 in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Yonkers fell by $7,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 56 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $560,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $567,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Yonkers in May 2020, as well.
