Home prices increased in Mount Vernon during May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Mount Vernon rose by $114,150 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $527,500 - a 27.6% increase over the $413,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mount Vernon in May 2020.
