Falling home prices in Rye in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Rye fell by $1,395,000 while total sales decreased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $680,000 - a 67.2% decrease over the $2,075,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Rye in July 2020.
