Home prices increased in Mount Vernon during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Mount Vernon rose by $54,822 while total sales increased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $570,178 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Mount Vernon in July 2020.
