The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in North Salem fell by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $434,000 - a 3% decrease over the $447,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in North Salem in July 2020.
