The 10 bedroom, three bathroom home at 154 Ridge Ave., Yonkers was sold on Feb. 15 by Joan C Salwen and Ahmet Bajramaj for $241,500. The buyer was Westchester Partners 2 LLC.

This home last sold on May 31, 2000 for $244,000.

So far in February 2018, 73 properties sold in Yonkers.
