On Feb. 26, Dawn Morris and Lorenzo and Dawn Dellorusso sold their home at 28 Shad Road, Pound Ridge to Pound Ridge Homes LLC for $180,000.

The last time this home sold was April 20, 2011. It last sold for $250,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Pound Ridge in February 2018.
