The home at 26 Young Road, Somers was sold on Jan. 14 by Lynda Gorsky, John A. Kessler, Joseph Ruggiero, JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and Kramer Kozek LLC for $520,000. The buyers were Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, Christiana (trust) and Pretium Mortgage Acquisition (trust).

So far in January 2019, 19 properties sold in Somers.
