The home at 9 Lake Wood Drive, Cortlandt was sold on Sept. 10 by Paul and Kerri Petta for $875,000. The buyers were Bruce J. and Leslie Sohn.

This home last sold for $950,000 on April 20, 2007.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Cortlandt as of this publication.
